Matthew Goldberger dedicates his practice to helping individuals and their families in accident, personal injury and criminal cases.

Mr. Goldberger is a tireless and zealous advocate for his clients. Through diligence, preparation and creativity, he routinely achieves exemplary results in difficult and disputed cases.  Mr. Goldberger has recovered millions of dollars for clients and obtained not guilty verdicts in jury trials across the State of Florida.  Mr. Goldberger also understands the importance of discretion – many of his most rewarding resolutions have involved confidential settlements as well as guiding clients through investigations before charges are filed.

 

Mr. Goldberger founded Goldberger Saladrigas with his friend and partner, Alan Saladrigas, to provide effective and responsive legal services throughout Florida.  Prior to founding Goldberger Saladrigas, Mr. Goldberger founded and operated The Goldberger Firm where he also represented clients in criminal defense and personal injury cases.

 

Mr. Goldberger graduated from the University of Florida and went on to attend Georgetown University Law School.  After graduating with honors from Georgetown Law, Mr. Goldberger practiced complex litigation at two of the world’s largest and most prestigious law firms – Kirkland and Ellis in New York and White and Case in Miami.  Mr. Goldberger draws on his unique experience and legal insight to represent individual clients in complex and difficult matters.

A native of Palm Beach County, Mr. Goldberger is dedicated to serving the community that he and his family have called home for generations. Mr. Goldberger dedicates his time to a number of charitable causes, and is an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County. Mr. Goldberger proudly serves the City of West Palm Beach on the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee and is a Board Member of the Palm Beach County Justice Association’s Young Lawyer’s Board.  When he is not advocating for his clients, Mr. Goldberger enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Kathryn, and their two children.
